GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS- Version 08/09/2005

RENTAL INFORMATION SHEET

Accommodation is fully furnished and equipped.

The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. You have access to your accommodation from 4.00 pm and you must vacate the accommodation by 10.00 am. Outside of the high season and school holiday periods, accommodation can be made available on a daily basis, with a minimum of two nights. A Tariff for couples only is available at certain times. It represents 80% of the family rental fee. For any other periods, you can deal directly with the property's owner.

All beds are provided with bed protecting sheets and blankets. Bed linen may not always be provided (you must check with the property's owner). However you can rent it from the leisure centre.

Included in the rental fee : free access to the leisure centre at all times and offered to all guests. You will get an authorisation document from the property's owner allowing you and your guests to obtain entrance badges at the reception desk of the leisure centre. The leisure centre offers various activities and, restaurant, delicatessen, etc…. There are some paying activities mentioned by the management team such as mini clubs, certain excursions,

 It is advised that you attend the welcome drinks party, which is held every Sunday at 6.00p.m under the plane trees (especially if you would like to be involved with the mini clubs and have not previously reserved).

BOOKING PROCEDURE

You can make your reservation via e-mail, mail or fax. A deposit of 25% is required at once. The remaining balance must be paid 5 weeks prior to your arrival. You will then get a booking confirmation with a complete information pack.

Payment can be made by cheque when possible or bank transfers.

A guarantee fee of 200 € is also required for any breakage and cleaning costs that may incur. The guarantee fee cannot be used for the rental cost. No interest is made on this deposit. It is refunded to you within 3 weeks after your departure.

Keys to the property will be sent to you by recorded mail at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. A spare key will be available at the reception desk of the leisure centre , on the property's owner's approval.

As soon as the deposit is paid the booking is confirmed. In the event of a cancellation, regardless of the cancellation date, the deposit is not refunded unless otherwise agreed with the property's owner.

In the event of a cancellation, the property's owner is allowed to rent to another person without any notice.

MAINTENANCE- INCIDENTALS - INSURANCE

You will get a clean and well-kept accommodation, therefore we ask you to leave the property cleaned and in good state. Otherwise we will have to use the services of a cleaning lady and bill you for the cost with a minimum fee of 50€.

You are liable for any breakage and/or damages caused to the property and its furniture (including any obstructions caused in the pipeworks).

The resort of Bélézy and the village of “Les Hauts de Bélézy” are naturist sites. You and your guests must sign the charter of naturism, enclosed with the rental information pack. You and your guests must comply with the rules of the the charter of naturism and the rules of the resort.

Small animals are admitted on the owner's approval but must be kept on a lead in the communal parts. Animals are not admitted in the leisure centre.

In the event of complaints made by two different people, the owner will be allowed to ask you to leave at once without any possible refund.

For any thing else not mentioned in the rental contract, the general rules and regulation of the resort abide.

The property's owner declines any responsibility for damages (including damages caused by natural disasters) and theft incurred during your stay.

It is required that you take out insurance covering you against any theft, any damages caused by natural disasters and or caused to the property and its equipment.
